I don't have an example to show, but at my other house, I used concrete from a broken up slab of concrete to create paving. It looked a lot like stone because it was uneven pieces. Its only problem was the depth of each piece varied because it was poured over sand that wasn't evened out (and some had bits of trash/broken glass/plastic on the underside). I actually liked it a lot.
