I thought it was potato vine at first, but realized that the leaves are not divided, as they would be on S. jasminoides

 

I believe it is Solanum rantonnetii 'Lynn's Variegated', which seems to be available from Kartuz Greenhouses. The proper name for this species is now Lycianthes rantonnetii.
