Re: Mimosa

The "mimosa" I saw in the South of France looked similar to a tree which grew
in the front yard of a house I used to own in San Rafael, CA.  I don't know
the name but the "leaves" were long and fern-like (sorry I'm not a
botanist!), there were groups of small puffy like yellow balls for a short
time of the year.  At other times there were large pod-like things which fell
everywhere.  If Sean wants to check it out - the address was 14 Portola on
the hill above the San Rafael Civic Center.  The tree is in front and was on
the left side of the driveway.
