I am writing an aricle in the Friend's Newsletter on Betony anyone know
anything about it?
Betony (Wood?)	Stachys officinalis
or
Betonica officinalis	bentonic (ben,=head, ton,= good)
Welsh: cribau S. Frraid, = St Bridget¹s Comb. (?!)	Powerful much
venerated magic/medical herb used in Egyptian medicine/magic? Little used
in modern herbal medicine. Prevents bad dreams. Used in herbal smoking
mixtures Green tea substitute
