Today I again realized why I have this plant - I can look out my second
floor window as winter approaches (not that we get much of a winter in
Berkeley, California) - and see the masses of furry green leaves totally
obscuring the neighboring yard, leaving a skyline view, and still with a
large number of white and brown flowers right at eye level. And it hasn't
been watered in two months (hasn't really rained here since April).
