Re: Replies on medit-plants

Lorraine, Sean,

It took me a long time to figure this out. I sent several replies to items
on this list, and they never appeared on my screen as medit-plants posts. I
was new at this game, and I knew that some lists are set so that the poster
doesn't receive his/her own posts. But finally I noticed that my replies
were not addressed to the list.

It's not that I'm enamored with the value of my deathless prose. I often
write messages to individuals that are never intended for general
distribution. But this list includes dozens of seasoned gardeners,
published authors, and just plain eloquent observers. I don't want to miss
any of their ideas. If I have to put up with occasional irrelevancies, so
be it! I want the opportunity (right?) to sort it out for myself.

Let's not throw the baby out with the bath!
