The Streptocarpus naturally only occur in damp, shaded, soak or streamside
areas. Definitely not a hardy, dry garden subject or in the sun. At their
best when seen semi lithophytically by waterfalls or the like. I have some
in the garden, but getting watered daily in summer. Regularly deadhead &
don't allow seed to set for extended flowering.
