Wisteria pods/Stokesia

I was able to find STOKESIA in my old SWGB. And it is a
perinnial. Doesn't say anything about light requirements. I'll
just put it in a container that I can move about.
So, new question, does anyone know how to get Wisteria pod/seeds
to sprout? Has anyone done this?
