Mike and others,
May I remind you that this issue has been discussed for at least the
last two years and probably longer, so I don't see that it has
anything to do with "lame duck presidents." We have discussed this
topic ad nauseum. I agree with your suggestions but if no one has
anything more concrete to add, can we let it go and move on?
