Loquat liqueur sequel


Alessandra, Tim and all--
--We just had the first tasting of the loquat seed liqueur from the traditional Italian recipe researched by Alessandra last spring.  Now appropriately aged, it gets top rating:  Light bitter almond taste.  Like amaretto, only lighter, more subtle and natural tasting.  Great!  Next spring I'll make more than one bottle.
