Jan wrote that the rosemary hedge in one of Alessandra's gardens was "much 
lamented". Why is it not a winner around a vegetable and flower garden? I am 
thinking about using rosemary around a small fruit orchard in the north 
Sacramento Valley of California, Sunset and USDA zone 9.
