That would explain my problem: you've all been very quiet. But here's a question, if someone knows yucca's: I have one of the huge variety, multi-trunked, leaves that will endure the milleneum, beautiful candelabras of white blooms (tasty, too). It's surrounded by tropicals that the previous owner thought suited a swimming pool better. If I water the tropicals (giant bird, banana tree, oleander), will it hurt the yucca?

There have not been many messages this month. I just checked the
archives for October, and there have been four - a query from me on
October 3 about moving phormiums, and today three messages about
missing messages from Richard, Carol, and Anthony. I have received
only the ones from Richard and Carol. Anthony's somehow didn't make
it to my computer.
Richard's ISP denied knowledge of him in September, but Carol has had
no messages bounced to me since 2003.
There is the usual flurry of messages refusing acceptance of messages
from Sean, a couple more Californians, and New Zealand. I have
written to those people to suggest modifying their anti-spam filters
or to check the archives regularly. If a discussion seems important
to the person being denied messages, I will forward them to them.
If there are any others of you who feel you have been missing
messages, please write to me.
