File size is more important that physical dimensions.

Seems more like common courtesy to me to be concerned with the many,
many people who have slow connections. It's not computer capacity but
the internet connection speed. Some people may not have the choice of
getting a speedy connection and there are others who may not be able to
afford one even if it's offered.
