What I find most interesting is, the fires started one to three days
after the anniversary of the 1991 Oakland Hills Fire, which was also
exacerbated by the northern California version of the Santa Anas, the
Diablo winds and begain on October 20th 1991..
They also began on the anniversary of the 2003 Cedar Fire here in San
Diego which until now, was our largest fire ever.
I think it speaks more to seasonality than anything else.
