Re: Medit region plant list request

Ernie:

I have about 600 pages of lists that I've created for several of my classes over the last many years.  All my lists recommend plants suited to our Mediterranean climate.  That is not to say, however, that they are all plants native to Mediterranean climates; some are not.

These lists were created from referencing the catalogs of our favorite wholesale nurseries of the state (San Marcos Growers, Native Sons, Suncrest, Monterey Bay) as well as a few mail-order specialists.  As you know, it's possible that many of the plants aren't currently "available".

A final note: a complete list of all the Mediterranean plants available in the trade today would be INCREDIBLY long.

Dear Medit members
I am looking for a list of Medit region plants that are available in the
nursery industry. I have seen lists of plants for Medit climates and Europe
(north/south) but have yet to find a plant list of just Medit region plants.
Any suggestions or lists are most welcome!
