Re: Mystery tree

Thanks all for the suggestions, seems like it may be a fig. I've never seen this tree in flower. On first glance I'd thought it was a weirdly pruned Southern Magnolia but like I said, I've not seen flowers. I may have to go investigate the tree up close to see if I see synconia.
