Hello all--
I'd like to start some A. millefolium and A. tomentosa. T+M says to allow
30 - 180 days for all Achillea, and doesn't suggest any special treatments
(i.e. stratification, etc.). Has anyone experimented with putting them in
the fridge or freezer, or know of any other way to speed things up?
Also, what sort of germination percentage should I expect? I have some that
I planted on the soil surface (in a pot) a couple of months ago, and nary a
sprout. Now my cat went and peed on them )-: Perhaps she was trying to
help. I think I'll put that pot outside for the winter (-:
Anyway, I'l love to hear of others; experiences with cat-free methods.
