Herbs, and Mediterranean Garden Society


Bill Groth asks which herbs are from the Mediterranean. Short answer: "most
of them, particularly the shrubby ones". Certainly sage, lavender, bay
laurel, rosemary, some of the thymes. Most of the herb books give plant
origin.

Sue Goumas in Greece, in the autumn issue of The Mediterranean Garden, the
