Some Edible Flowers:

Agastache, especially long-tubed pink to yellow ones
most Salvias

Probably most hummingbird flowers

Some DEFINITELY Non-Edible Flowers:

Kalmia - mountain laurel (the nectar is toxic to bees)

Yellow composites in the Baileya and Senecio groups - these contain
Pyrrolizidine alkaloids that are kidney and liver poisons; they are
dangerous for animals to graze on, and honey from their flowers is toxic.
These plants are found in the American southwest.

I would avoid legume flowers amongst the locoweeds as well (Astragalus)

Watching which animals feed on flowers isn't enough. Mother Nature's
combination of a nasty effect with a warning isn't perfect, and we need to
carefully observe how critters feed on them, not just that they do.
