Re: Edible flowers & Agastache in OZ?

Yes I have grown a variety of different Agastache (although I am never
too sure how it should be pronounced - if anybody can tell me I would be
grateful). I have never seen it in nurseries - I have grown it from seed
from both Southwest Native Seeds and Chiltern Seeds. Different species
seem more robust than others - the most tolerant to a variety of
conditions for me so far is a Chiltern seed offering called 'Licorice
Blue' - larger flowers than many species and good fragrant leaves (some
species don't smell that great but some smell quite minty). I grow it
amongst Gallica roses.
