Just beware; some people (my wife & myself, for example) find the smell of
C.occidentalis flowers positively repugnant. I planted this abomination
hoping for a fragrance resembling Calycantus floridus, and now I am
looking for a good spot somewhere far far away where I can transplant it
(preferably in another galaxy).
