I have an ornamental grass book that recommends this as a good
companion plant for the back of a grass border. I cannot find it in
Botanica or in Sunset. The plantsman/author of the book is from the
Netherlands so maybe that's why I can't locate it checking my usual
sources. Also, if anyone is familiar with this plant, would it even
be appropriate for my Central Valley CA garden?
I am also looking at Olearia, Osmanthus and Michelia dolstopa figo
as alternatives if anyone can comment on the virtues or drawbacks to any
of these.
Thanks very much in advance.
