With white bark? = Platanus racemosa, Western Sycamore or Western Plane Tree
No, though I just looked that up and it sounds lovely.
This one has rather bright olive green bark with small beige "freckles". The leaves have five deep main lobes that each have three lobes. The underside of the leaf is a lighter green than the very deep green of the top. Not hairy to the naked eye.
