Hi Janet,
The vast majority of email messages you receive that warn of a virus are
hoaxes.
It is always safer - if you get one of these - to check with one or
other of the several Web Sites that list the current hoaxes "going the
rounds".
I generally check with <www.kumite.com/myths>, but there are others,
<www.symantec.com> also includes a page of myths, I believe.
