OK, I'm being a bad girl and cross-posting to Medit-Plants a message that I
already sent to Alpine-L. It has occurred to me that this might really
interest Medit-Plant folks just as much as rock gardening folks. And as
most of you know, Loren is on this list and has contributed many
interesting ideas.
>Greetings, Hope that you are all well. We are trying to keep our chins up
in the challenging face of current events.
I tried to send this out a couple of weeks ago and see that it never got
out of the chute because of gateway mail problems.
Last spring the Alpine Garden Society sponsored a unique trek to Corsica.
How lucky we are that Loren Russell participated and took a treasure-trove
of pictures that I have had the good fortune to view in advance.
Here's a preview of the upcoming talk that Loren is giving to the Emerald
Chapter, NARGS. on the chapter website that I maintain.

In case you are interested, the latest edition of our chapter newsletter is
also on this webpage.

Of course any of you who are in the Eugene-Corvallis, Oregon area are most
welcome to attend the talk.
All the best, Louise
