Sudden Death Syndrome on Cordyline Australis.

I just came across an old letter from UK from two years ago mentioning this problem as having struck Cornwall.

We do have some good news from NZ these days, as the crest of the infection seems to have passed here with many new young trees growing in great good health. As to the ones which apparently succumbed, a good many which died right to the ground have now re-sprouted. Cabbage trees are proving to be the ultimate survivors.
