passiflora edulis ready for planting

Can anyone help me with my Passiflora Edulis ( purple passion fruit)
 
I brought two 6 inch cuttings about 4 months ago and potted them up ready for planting .  They are now huge ( about 12 feet (4 meters long) and I would like to replant them now . Do I need to prune them first and if so how much . Also we have planted  another pair in June in the garden ( not from the same supplier) and they are quite different in that have very yellow leaves and the growth is very stunted compared with the potted pair.   I have not found anything in books /internet that will help me. Any advice about this gratefully received. Thanks
