It doesn't seem to be either the beet leaf-hopper or the buffalo leaf hopper. The adult form is about the size of the buffalo leaf-hopper, but doesn't have that hump shape at the front. The upper part is sort of shaped like a fish fin and the texture is very hard. When I took hold of it to squish it, it wouldn't squish, and the there was quite a sharp edge running along the very top. It was green. The funny little black "dragons" are somewhere between 1/4 " and 1/2" long, and not very wide. (a few millimeters). I have had them appear on my tomatoes, which are very close to the Iochroma, only once, and that was when the Iochroma was heavily infested.
