Olivier,
Don't know Phillyrea rosmarinifolia - is that a new name for P.
angustifolia? This last I *usually* find on acid. Lentisque I've seen as
an excellent hedge - in a nursery, where they were obviously unable to sell
it<g>.
<Brachypodium ramosum,>> I don't know either (not good at grasses), but I
wonder if it is the one I've tried - rather pale green, broad-leaved grass
often growing in clumps, but will give a good lawn when cut(??)
Will certainly think of you next time I manage to persuade someone to plant
a native hedge. Dont go away!
Eric
