>From this morning's paper: A compound extracted from the essential oil
of sage (species not mentioned, but probably Salvia officinalis) blocked
the activity of an enzyme that breaks down acetyl choline, leading to the
loss of short-term memory, the first sign of Alzheimer's disease. The
research was done at King's College, London. So, Mark, even if the
turkey stuffing doesn't help combat depression, it can still be more than
just delicious.
