I'm wondering if it isn't getting enough sunlight
The only time I've seen lippia get that tall
(ie 7 inches plus) is when it gets a lot of shade.
I've grown over 50 square metres (over 50 square yards)
and only watered once or twice in summer
its very very drought resistant.
Maybe its getting to much water???
It won't take a huge amount of traffic
but general people traffic is OK as long as its not
over the top. Where it is walked on it never gets more than
a low cut carpet height, real good stuff otherwise.
Actually the plant is a bit of a thug so take care it doesn't get into
places it shouldn't.
Cheers, Rod
