Sick Eucalyts
I don't know if this is the same problem but there have been many articles
in the press about a severe infestation of Red gum psyllids in Los Angeles.
There were found in El Monte and have spread into San Diego and the Inland
Empire. I live in the East San Fernando Valley and many, many trees are
affected. A tree across the street from my home looks like it is near
death. One article I read said that about 1/3 of the euchyptus at the LA
Arboretum were infected.
