Tim,
I would check Forest Farm nursery in Willams, Oregon. They have listed 
Colquhounia coccinea in their past catalogues. They are listed in Barbara 
Barton's book but just in case it isn't handy they are at 990 Tetherow 
Road, Williams, Oregon 97544-9599. We planted out a one gallon plant a 
few months ago at Cabrillo College and already everyone is falling in 
love with its orange flowers.
