I had a good stand of cerise poppies perhaps 25 years ago, that persisted
for many years until their area got shaded out. I can't remember the seed
company that supplied the original seed. Since then, I have sown many
packets of doubles, but have never had a plant. The common orange does
well, and I love it, but I would like some of the other colours too.
