Re: Lenten Rose tonic/Crambe

Ginny,

I'll apply the lime tonic today. Last night the temps went down to 30
degrees and I didn't think to apply anything then. I read where you divide
your crambe, but I haven't found anything to divide out. I only have three
plants and those haven't developed off-shoots that I can determine yet.
I'm also very leery of touching those leaves. They have thorns that are
next to invisible and are a bugger to try to extract from hands and arms.
Very tiny and very painful. I learned the hard way one year when I was
cleaning up in the fall. The only way I could find them in my flesh was to
lightly brush over the areas which hurt. Then it was hard to see them
unless you held your arm at an angle.

Hey, is there any chance that I have a non-flowering variety? I bought
these from White Flower Farm.
