Re: buggy sedum problem


Kris,
They're black aphids. They seem to like sedum and chrysanthemums in my
garden and nothing else. If you don't want to tolerate them you can use
insecticidal soap with minimal impact on beneficial insects. If there are
a lot of them they may cause some distortion of the flower buds,
otherwise they are just an annoyance. To spray or not to spray is up to
you.
