Acid Loving Plants

Hi - I have a sun/shade bed in my garden that always gets a ton of pine needles fall onto it in the fall.  My rhododendron loves it.  Apart from rhodis and azaleas what other plant works well in such acidic soils?   .........it would be much easier to get the plants right than amend the pH right?
