Corydalis identification?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone out there identify this Corydalis for me?  I don't even remember
where or when I got it, and it's driving me nuts.  :)

It comes up early in the spring before most other plants; mine is in 
full bloom right now (zone 5b USDA).  It usually becomes dormant in
mid-May.

I asked about it last year, but didn't have a photograph and didn't 
get any responses. [1]
