Hello Chris,
Late chiming in, but finally got the opportunity to take a look at the
photos. Color of the blooms and especially the outline of the little plant
is definitely C. solida. Seeds about into the leaf mulch here in the garden.
Over the years it has formed nice drifts on its own without being invasive.
I am now seeing some color variation in the individual blooms. You have the
honor of being the only person to order a plant from me. I finally donated
the bulbs to a local project. I love that little gem, but seems I was about
the only one.
