Re: corydalis flavula


Hello Linda,
    I do not know if invasive would be the right work to describe the habit
of C. flavula. I think it is an annual and winter germinator. Scatters seed
all over the place,  and I think every seed germinates. I began with one
plant some years back and have this plant popping up in every corner of my
hill side garden. Most we have pulled out, but we always miss some and it
goes to seed. There will come a point were enough is enough of this one and
you will be removing some or all. Not a problem other than reaching down and
out they come. Each year it will disappear just after its early blooms.
