I would think it is too early to decide if a plant was coming back or
not in Wisc. Here in northern IL things are just starting to show signs
of life. On numerous occasions, I have been pleasantly surprised that
something came back due to my lateness in getting around to spring
cleaning.
I would hope Paul posts his information on the list, or at least add me
to the off list- me too please- :)
