UT-Oh! Did it get the entire plant or just a leaf or three?
Since I have no knowledge, hopefully someone will answer.
But common sense would make me think whatever growth got hit will die, as it
is a water sealer and protector. Doubt the light or moisture will be
absorbed that is needed.
Can you cut off the effected area and possibly let the roots and unaffected
area re-grow it?
Do let us know what happens, just incase someone else has an accident.
