I have a dry bank and I thought the Artemisia would look fine... but
like most perennials, they die back and I have to clean up the mess in
the winter. Life of a gardener....this year I have decided to kill my
Artemsia and replace it with the Lavender. The Lavender looks great in
my backyard as a mass planting and I desided to present the plant to
neighbors in the front yard.
Now is there a simple way to kill Artemisa? The plant spreads via
outcropping roots and I don't want to have any left over roots in the
future.
I planted 20 Lavender this morning... fun fun fun...now I have to get
new bark or the steer manure/wood chips might do as a mulch.
