No, there's such a thing as water intoxication, more common in children
than in adults, in which the body's electrolytes become so diluted and
altered that the heart fails.  Rare, and hard to drink that much, but it
can happen.  Cases reported in temporarily trying to boost weight for
athletic purposes, etc. very rapidly and temporarily.
