You remember right BUT exercise great caution with this one as it escapes
easily and is very difficult to control/eliminate .
If you have only a container (and not a bog area or pond which you are going to
put the planted container into) then it should be fine...I did just what your
considering only I placed the container in my newly recreated pond (with earth
bottom)it rapidly broke through the container and send roots
everywhere..Attractive but a true thug.Since you wont have soil beyond its on
container it should adapt and "dwarf"nicely.
