I just purchased some Colonade trees from Stark Nurserys at a special price,
about $15 per tree for a group of five. They are apple trees that grow
branches only about a foot long, so the mature tree will be about 2 feet wide
and 8 feet tall. I only planted them in March and the crab apple bloomed
already. I'm already enjoying the height they bring to my tiny space.
