RE: St Johns Wort


This can be a very aggressive plant. Some even consider it a thug. One woman
I know actually had to put a barrier (like bamboo) to keep her neighbor's
Hypericum from invading her bed.

I guess I would be really cautious as to where I put it (if at all).

could you expound on this either on the list or personally.  I was thinking

putting some St. John's Wort in an area in front of my house to follow the
hyacinths.  Is this a bad idea?  Any suggestions on how or where a good

for it is (it looked really great at the nursery).
