Marge, I absolutely agree. I recall seeing some variegation occasionally in
my ground ivy, at least what I had not yet plucked out and tossed away. But
as much as I love variegated plants (just bought variegated polemonium and a
variegated helianthemum) I would not knowingly bring ground ivy into my
garden. Under any circumstances.
