It is definitely one of the "cuter" groundcovers; I remember running
into it when I worked at the Morton and thinking that it was just
so delicate-looking.
It's a lot like Euonymus fortunei 'Kewensis', but it's more vigorous and
has slightly larger leaves (about 1/4 to 1/2" long). It should top
of at 3" and, like the other var. colorata cultivars, the leaves turn
purple in the fall. Hardiness is to zone 5a USDA.
