Regarding Etera -
I ordered a number of plants from their website in February. When
they arrived they were packaged well and in very good condition. They are
doing very well and I think when the weather warms up more they will really
take off.
My only complaint with them is the following: half of the plants
I ordered were not ready to be shipped on the date I had requested (at
that time they did not have a 'ready on' date on the website). My plants
were randomly substituted. I called and complained, they said they would
send out the rest on April 19th, and somehow that order was lost. They
have lost my business (at least through the website) with their customer
support, but they have beautiful, healthy plants.
